HD Urethane Mold Release

Stoner® P225 is a water-based emulsion designed as a polyurethane release for hot mold applications.  When applied to a mold, Stoner® P225 leaves a thin layer of release agent which is highly effective for TDI and MDI cast urethane.  Stoner® P225 is an excellent alternative where solvent-based mold releases cannot be used safely.  Stoner® P225 comes pre-diluted and is ready for use.  Proper application results in superior release, and multiple releases are normal.
