Bladder Release

TraSys® 300 Bladder Release coating is a water-based reactive silicone dispersion system designed to effortlessly release cured tires from rubber bladders and eliminate tire defects and blisters. When properly applied to curing bladders, TraSys® 300 bolsters efficient tire release, improved air bleed, and exceptional durability. It also helps alleviate start-up difficulties with new bladders, often improving bladder life and reducing defect rates.
